I’ve been dependent on drinking coffee, cold brew, or multiple cups just to have enough energy to get through my busy work week. As a full-time RN with 4 kids, I’m constantly on the go. I was hesitant to try any sort of energy supplement because, back in college, I remember trying something similar and feeling jittery. But I decided to give these natural shots a try after a coworker mentioned how well they worked for him.

It's been a full week of taking just one shot a day, and I haven’t had a single cup of coffee or any other caffeinated beverage since. I’ve been drinking more water, have steady energy, and surprisingly, no crashes! I’m also noticing that I feel more focused, less on edge with my kids, and I even sleep better at night. My appetite seems more controlled too, though I’m not sure if that’s related to the shot.

These are honestly, amazing. They have expanded my thought processes, speed, and memory. I am able to connect, and analyze things in a slightly deeper way than I did before. I feel that I can have more intelligent, agile conversations on the fly because of this. I may have been able to do the same without it, but it would probably have taken more time, and mental effort.

A few caveats though, this did change my dreams initially. Mine were more active dreams, and lighter, but this passed after a week or so. Also, my thoughts are effortless long after my body is tired, and if you are a curious, perpetual thinker like myself, it may be harder to get to sleep while you ponder, and analyze various things.

So I've purchased these a few times now and I can tell they really do work. I also take ADHD meds daily so I try to take these later in the day as needed. It doesn't keep me awake super late if that's a concern for anyone it's kind of a nice gentle cup of coffee effect, for me at least. No side effects And easy to use.
